Up at five thirty having had my worst nights sleep of the week!
The three of us walk up to the coaches and bring them back to the boat where the staff are already starting to bring the luggage out. With the river being so low it is a bit of a climb up the gangplank to the coaches.
Everything is very well done and we have all the cases loaded while the passengers enjoy their breakfast. Lucky we eat quick as we only have twenty minutes to spare before departing for home.
Dave and I leave at 08:00 and Phil is due to leave at 08:30. I do not know Bonn very well and am able to follow Dave out of the city before joining the motorway.
We have a good run with a couple of stops before Calais and even manage to catch the 15:25 ferry instead of the 16:10 which will save me some time.
I meet up with Phil again who has caught the same boat.
The ferry departs on time and arrives on time and we are soon driving down the M20. We have no hold ups until Guildford and Haslemere and I'm at my last drop off in Petersfield by 19:00.
I manage to clean what I can on the coach and swap my cases to the Setra as I'm off again in the morning to Lake Maggiore in Italy.
