Back in the yard at 08:00 to wash the coach down before picking up the passengers for our Weymouth Weekend. I am only taking them to Weymouth and then coming home later.
Both pick-ups go smoothly and after a coffee stop at Rownhams services we are soon in Swanage for a couple of hours.
Leaving here at 15:00 we arrive in Weymouth before 16:00 and the group are soon off to their rooms.
I will wait around until dinner before checking everyone is ok and then return home.
Dinner is at 18:30 and most of the group are happy although a couple of people are unhappy with their rooms. The hotel is full (so they say) and cannot (or won't) change any rooms. We resolve the situation as best we can and the people go into dinner happier.
We are staying at the Prince Regent Hotel and they have been very difficult and infelxible to deal with regarding ground floor rooms and seaview rooms.
Wendy's mum should have been on the holiday but she was taken ill this morning with bronchitis and couldn't travel. She would have acted on our behalf as a representative of Greys and would have relayed any comments to Wendy or I.
As she is not here Wendy will come down tomorrow to make sure everything is alright and I will return on Monday morning.
I am away by 18:45 and home a couple of hours later.
