Brian returned today with a very mixed reaction from the passengers.
I had deliberately booked a lower star hotel than we would normally have used to keep the price down. It seemed to have worked as the tour went away full.
Some passengers said it was a good week while others were not impressed at all with the hotel.
It has taught me a lesson to not go down the cheaper route as it causes more problems with complaints afterwards.

Monday 22 November Blackpool T & T
Brian went off to Blackpool for a Turkey and Tinsel break coming back on Friday.
