The breakfast in the Tulip Athenor hotel is only a small buffet but the bread and croissant are so fresh they are delicious, you don't need much more.
Just before we leave we have a group photo taken outside the hotel.
We leave at 08:15 and it is all motorway up to Calais, a lot of motorway, but all motorway!
We have a couple of stops before arriving in Calais by 16:15 and manage to catch an earlier shuttle than planned.
There is not much to say about today other than everything went smoothly and we arrived home at a decent time.
I have thoroughly enjoyed this tour as have the dirty dozen! We have enjoyed great weather, stayed in a lovely hotel with great staff (Hotel Torino) and seen some spectacular scenery and visited many interesting places.
It is just a shame to go with so few but I am pleased I did as we had a great tour together.
