Wednesday 17th June 2009 Jersey - Home

Our ferry doesn't depart until 14;00 today so we have a free morning.
I quickly pop over to see Joyce and she is disappointed not to be coming home with us but hopeful ahe will be back tomorrow, although nobody seems to know exactly what is happeneing.
Back at the hotel I sit outside doing a little work as we wait for the coach to take us to the ferry.
The coach turns up at one o'clock and within a couple of minutes we are at the ferry port.
The crossing home is very smoooth and passes by quickly.
Arriving in Weymouth we are met by Ray and the coach as well as cold wet weather! Not what we ahve been used to!
We arrive back in Petersfield at about 21:00 and I then take the two ladies I picked up in my car back to Farnham and Farnborough respectively.

Back in Wales Brian has been on a day long excursion and returned to the hotel only to be told that he is being moved out again. This doesn't impress him and he refuses to move. I am pleased he has done this as it is not something that should be happening. Especially to the driver of the coach whose sleep and comfort should be paramount.
His stance didn't go down well with the hotel manageress but he didn't move although we heard another group came in and the driver and 14 passengers had to be put out. This is terrible and is a hotel I will never go to.
