Nauders Saturday 01 September 2012

Sadly we say goodbye to Charly and his family after another successful stay in the gorgeous Hotel Hochland.
We have breakfast at 07:00 ready for an 08:00 departure. Just before we depart we take a group photo at the front of the bus and hotel.
It is always a little sad saying goodbye for another year and Charly and Chrystal are out to wave us off. Charly always gives Brian and I a little present and today he kindly gave us some local cheese and ham, all vacuumed packed. Delicious.
Our journey back to Metz is a reversal of the way down with stops on the motorway - coffee in Austria, lunch in Switzerland and tea in France!!

The border between Switzerland and Farnce at Basle was very busy and we arrived in Metz at 17:40, plenty of time before our dinner at 19:00.
