A nice sunny day today for a day out but to where?!
As the sun is out I take them to Weston super Mare and drop on a very busy promenade. It is so busy because there is motorbike racing on the beach! The tide goes out so far here you can't always see the sea so plenty of sand to play about on!
It is a lovely day and the nice way to spend a morning. If I knew it was going to be this warm and sunny would have stayed a lot longer.
From here we drive inland to the small but pretty city of Wells, I believe the smallest city in England, dominated by the magnificent cathedral.
A ,lot of the shops were closed but close to the cathedral is a nice courtyard with plenty of eating and drinking places.
It is a short ride back to Bristol from here and we are back at the hotel by late afternoon.
