Calthorpe Park ski Italy Friday 05 April 2013

No ski-ing for me today and I'm not too disappointed as it is a bit of a white out with a lot of mist and plenty of snow which seems to have fallen all through the night.
I take my ski's and poles back to the hire shop and go for a walk in the snow! I desperately want to buy some ski's and have deliberately waited until this week expecting them to be cheaper as there is only one more week in the season.
I should have bought them in Austria in February as they were a lot cheaper then! 
I sit and work at my usual seat in the hotel cafe until the skiers return at eleven. Although it is still snowing the conditions have been great with even a hint of sun at the top of the mountain.
Tommy and I fancy pizza for lunch and arrange with the waiter if we can have one as lunch. Not a problem as the hotel has its own pizzeria!
Am writing this on Friday afternoon and it has just started snowing heavily again. Could be fun tomorrow when we depart!!
