Our last day in Cesky Krumlov and it is a free day away from the bus. There is a lot to explore here and this extra day in the town is much needed I believe, allowing the passengers to explore at their leisure.
I spend most of the morning working and writing this blog before going out for a stroll to do some shopping and have a last look around.
When I first ventured out I was optimistically wearing my shorts but soon went back to change as it is cold today.
I have a walk and a coffee. I then have a walk and shop followed by another walk and more shopping and lastly a walk and lunch! What a busy man I am!!!
For lunch I return to the bar I went to yesterday with the internet connection and enjoy a couple of beers and a pizza. The pizza was delicious and as Italian a piozza as you could find outside of Italy.
I have a siesta in the afternoon which was helped along with the lunchtime beer!
At dinner I regret eating the pizza as I'm not very hungry but manage to press on!
Poor Evelyn had to wait a lot longer than everyone else for her dinner as they only cook the amount of each dish ordered and as she was on the last table served it became apparant somebody else was eating her chicken! And he was sat very close to me! One of the larger of our gentlemen!
I would normally arrange a basket for people to leave a gratuity for the waiting staff but don't feel it is appropriate tonight as they have been very moody and offhand. They need to learn some customer relations although they were all a lot happier tonight which meant either they were angling for a tip or were glad to get rid of us!
After dinner I was about to go up to my room when Martin asked if I fancied a drink in the cellar downstairs so Martin, Jim, Barbara, Doug and Penny all enjoyed a last drink in this atmospheric bar underneath the hotel.

What a life you have - shopping - eating and drinking - it must be so hard!
